Here's the Nokia E63 Hardware Solution for Earpiece Speaker Problem. If the device receiver speaker is not working, you may first check the receiver speaker or replace it with a working one.
If the problem still persist, you may refer to the solution below and do a check up and on the connected components on earpiece speaker.
1. Check / replace the Receiver Speaker.
2. Clean the speaker terminal contact pads.
3. Check/ replace the filter coil, ESD protection diode and the capacitors.
4. Reheat, rework the AVILMA, replace if necessary.
